We have been receiving feedback regularly that our whole team is proud of.
As an example, one of our clients, whose wife is receiving occupational therapy and speech pathology support through RT Speech and Hearing, took the time to write to us after her recent assessment reports were completed. The reports have since been submitted to the NDIA to support a plan reassessment, with the goal of securing funding for the supports and assistive technology needed to help her live safely, independently, and with a better quality of life.
It’s this kind of feedback that reminds us why we do this work. Here’s what he shared with us (all names have been removed for privacy):
“Dear Team,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the thoroughness, professionalism, and compassionate care you have shown throughout the assessment process for my wife. We greatly appreciate the clear guidance, thoughtful recommendations, and comprehensive insights provided in the recent assessment reports.
We have submitted these reports to the NDIA in support of our request for a plan reassessment, with the aim of obtaining the funding necessary to implement the recommended supports and assistive technologies needed to enhance her safety, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
As we look toward the next plan period, our key priorities are to ensure that she remains safe, supported, and actively engaged both at home and in the community.
