Riapalben Patel (Ripal)

Ripal is an experienced Therapy Assistant with over a decade of experience supporting autistic children and adults across the autism spectrum. Her experience includes working with individuals with complex and high support needs, as well as clients developing communication, social, emotional regulation, independence, and everyday life skills.

As a mother of a child with severe autism, Ripal brings both professional experience and a personal understanding of the unique needs of autistic individuals and their families. She has worked alongside therapists, educators, medical professionals, parents, and caregivers, developing a practical understanding of how to implement therapy recommendations consistently within everyday life.

Ripal takes a warm, person-centred and collaborative approach, working closely with clients, families, and therapy teams to support meaningful progress and build confidence, independence, and participation in daily life.
